Storage silos
Storage silos (bins) manufactured by our company are intended for storage of grain and dry bulk abrasive materials. For technological units manufactories compound animals, harvest lines and subsequent technological equipment for processing bulk materials. The tanks are designed for outdoor spaces. The volume of stored material and the number of forces can be selected according to customer requirements. Construction of reservoirs is conceived as consisting of bolted strengthen parts, hoppers, convoluted panels, posts and container above this silo parts. Above the silo part covered roof to protect this part of the technology to weather conditions.
Underpass bin
The bins are designed both for indoor and outdoor to. The volume of stored material can be selected according to customer requirements, at least 20 cubic meters up to 75 cubic meters per tray. Number of container according to customer requirements. Construction of reservoirs is conceived as consisting of bolted strengthen parts, hoppers, convoluted panels, posts and container under silos parts. According to location (indoor / outdoor) is under silos part either with a flat floor, railings and control lying down.Or covered with a roof, lying down in the gable roof.
Another feature: the walkway stoppers, ladder.
Cyndrical silo
The Cyndrical silos are intended for storage of grain and dry bulk abrasive materials. The volume of stored material can be selected according to customer requirements. For technological units manufactories compound animals, harvest lines and subsequent technological equipment for processing bulk materials. The tanks are designed for outdoor spaces. The volume of stored material and the number of forces can be selected according to customer requirements.
Standard diameter is: 960 mm, 1200 mm, 1590 mm, 1910 mm, 2500 mm.
Diameter for wood chips is: 2000 mm to 3000 mm
Station of BIG-BAG
BIG-BAG stations used for filling or emptying bulk non-abrasive materials into bags or BIG-BAG. The stations are adapted to all types of bags weighing up to 1500 kg. Dosage material conveyor is performed: screw conveyor / auger, centrigugal bucket elevator. Materials: paint, zinc, stainless steel. Our company primarily based on customer requirements.

Unloading device
Unloading Device produced by our company is a machine designed for unloading difficult to pour materials (products) from containers and silos with cone discharge chute with diameter of 1.5 to 4.2 m into technological units for processing animal waste. By gravity flow and with help of a worm arching crusher, the material is transported into the space of a cylindrical rotor that throws the material into the outlet by rotational motion. The device is driven by a flange slip-on gearbox. The device is not intended for dosing products!
Pusher
Pusher PZ produced by our company is designed for unloading difficult to pour materials (wood sawdust, shavings, crushed straw etc.) from containers with flat bottom with diameter up to 3 m to the maximum height of 2 m. Material in the space above the spring carrier is raked out by a rotational motion of the springs in the outlet direction. The driver unit consists of an electric gearbox. The device is not intended for dosing products!
Component feeder
Component Feeder produced by our company is a machine designed for unloading difficult to pour materials (products) from containers and silos in feed mills and from powder containers at grain silos. Rotation of the star wheel carries the material into the tangential outlet. A worm arching crusher is fixed above the star wheel. An electric worm-gear serves as a drive unit.The device is not intended for dosing products.
