Marketing and Business Development Interns

Job Responsibilities:

The Strebl Energy Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for interested students to develop practical and in-depth experience in the renewable energy industry sectors, especially in emerging markets. Interns with Strebl will be exposed to the renewable energy technologies that will not only reduce our own environmental impact, but also contribute to society though providing a wide range of environmentally conscious products and services.

The internship program offers hands-on, challenging and fast-paced work environment where Interns can expect levels of responsibility, working hours and workload similar to full-time staff. The internship demands an exceptionally high degree of commitment of time and effort.

Interns will be involved in all aspects of project development, including drafting documents and financial modeling, sourcing and qualifying leads, assessing project viability, working with project stakeholders and government officials, and participating in negotiations.

Requirements:
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organised and detailed oriented
  • Has initiative and willingness to learn new things.
  • Possess good presentation skills, adept at problem solving and attention to details
  • Self-starter with a team player mentality
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Conduct competitors’ analysis.
  • Write and post content to Sterbl’s online assets (blogs, social networking sites) maintaining and updating company website
  • Research, organize and collate potential leads into database
  • Reach out to leads with the objective of pre-qualifying leads
  • Assist with deal sourcing and all stages of due diligence including market & industry analysis, intellectual property analysis, conduct primary/secondary research
  • Additional corporate finance tasks
  • Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
  • Initiating and conducting primary research to generate business & sales lead, identify    potential clients and client’s needs;
  • Identify opportunities to cross/ up sell Strebl products and services to existing/ new clients;
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by your superior.
  • Assisting in public relations activity
  • Assisting in email campaigns

International Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CSO who is based in Singapore, the International Sales Manager is based in Singapore to support with the growth and development of new business in SEA markets.

This role is tasked to develop, manage and grow our existing business in Asia Pacific by identifying opportunities, develop, plan and execute the sales strategy, developing client relationships and delivering client objectives to maximize revenue for the company.

Key to the success in this role will be your strong professional presence and demonstrated ability to lead and close a sales/business development process and build client relationships.
This job is for a highly-motivated discipline individual who has the drive to succeed. In return, you will have space to develop your own role and put your mark on your job and be rewarded for it. Remuneration will be a base salary with a quarterly commission based on sales targets and other KPI.

  • To own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • To proactively identify new key business opportunities and generate leads
  • To maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and strategic pursuit planning
  • To create and develop sales proposals with primarily new clients
  • To develop sales and business strategies that generate an increase in revenue and prospects.
  • To manage tracking of pipeline and performance
  • To provide regular reporting and analysis on pipeline and performance to all internal stakeholders
  • To meet and report on sales targets and other KPIs on a regular basis. We would expect as a minimum of 10meetings/week and create a minimum of 8 proposals per month.
  • To connect with key clients and industry associations
  • To provide strategic input into winning bid documents to achieve targeted conversion rate
  • To provide primary input to tactical business development plan to support the growth of the business
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition
  • Excellent understanding and experience of CRM system
  • Well-developed inter-personal skills with a high degree of personal energy, maturity and initiative
  • Experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exemplary client focus and engagement
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do on a daily basis
  • An entrepreneurial drive and a ready plan of attack to approach and persuade customers
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Other skills- MS Office (advanced level), excellent presentation skills

Personal Assistant

 Job Responsibilities:
  • Preform Administrative and secretarial duties
  • Maintain the diary of the CEO and CSO
  • Organise meeting and take minutes
  • Handle calls and email correspondence
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Liaise professionally with business partners and another external organisation
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management and staff
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc projects, functions and related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Poly Graduate
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience
  • Presentable and internet savvy
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Advanced Skills for Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Word press, is an advantage

Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Participates in conceptual engineering (opportunity and alternative analysis) project phase by providing technical consultation on chemical related issues.
  • Provides technical consultation for chemical related issues, standards and codes, single line diagram, motor list, scope of work and deliverables for chemical discipline as part of front-end engineering work.
  • Provides equipment troubleshooting during startup and operation.
  • May be required to execute all facets of a project, including project management of projects that have mainly chemical components.
Requirements: 
  • BS in Engineering discipline (Mechnical or Chemical)
  • Prefer 3-5 years Project Execution experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and theories in Mechnical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Self-starter; excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Excellent plant troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be able to work on project teams with multiple disciplines and multiple departments.
