Cereal Separator type TO 7/25 produced by TAURUS , s.r.o., Chrudim, is a machine designed for separation of grains from impurities and contaminants to three fractions. Separation to fractions is carried out by means of flat screens.
Aspiration Cubicle type SA 7/25 produced by TAURUS, s.r.o., Chrudim, is a machine designed for separation of grains from impurities and contaminants with lower buoyancy speed than the sorted product. Simultaneously, ferromagnetic contaminants are also being removed
Screening machine
Screening machine produced by our company is a machine designed for screening difficult to pour materials, in particular meat-and-bone meal, to two fractions in a rotary sieve drum. Therefore, it cannot be used for screening other materials. The Machine is designed for integration into technological units for animal waste processing. The device was designed, constructed, and manufactured for screening of meat-and-bone meal with specific density of approx. 0.6 kg/l, H2O content up to 8%, fat content up to 18%, and temperature up to 70°C.

Cyclone separator
Cyclone separators (cyclones) are determined for the separation of solid particles from extracted air particles. They are used as individual equipment or they configurate into multicyclones. They find their main use in businesses where large amounts of material is extracted, such as for example saw-dust, peel, granules. We choose the size of the cyclone separators (cyclones) from versions according to specific needs.
Cyclone separator (cyclone) is able to regulate the extracted air particle flow, thanks to its shape, and owing to its centrifugal force and inertia, separation of solid particles contained in the extracted air happens. The separated solid particles then fall into the conical part of the cyclone separator (cyclone) which is terminated with a calming chamber, where it is further passed, by means of a rotating lifter, for further processing. The cyclone separator (cyclone) is usually placed on a supporting steel construction, which is designed individually for each case of use.
