The Machine is designed for integration into technological units for preparation of compound feeding stuffs for animals consisting of storage equipment for materials intended for mixing (silos), transport routes, and connected technological equipment for storage and processing of loose materials.The mixer is driven by a sun-and-planet gear or a slip-on flat front gearbox via clutch. Its rotor is produced in either one-way or two-way version.

When deciding on using the Machine with particular technological equipment and in particular premises, the issues of usage of the Machine and solution of transport routes according to the given specific requirements must be consulted with the Machine Supplier. The mixer is driven by an electric motor through V-belts on a worm shaft.

Mixer for flour (Double discharging screw DVS) produced by our company is a machine designed for horizontal transport of bulk non-abrasive materials. The material is transported by means of two (three) worm shafts with progressive pitch rotating in a worm gear box in opposite directions with simultaneous mixing from inlet to outlet. The machine is designed for integration into technological units for preparation of compound feedingstuffs for animals, or into flour management in mills and similar industrial operations consisting of storage equipment and connected technological equipment for processing of bulk materials. Various surface treatments are on offer: varnish (synthetic), hot dip galvanizing, stainless steel.

High-Speed Mixer

High-Speed Mixer RM produced by our company is a machine designed for loose mixture mixing in batches. Use for other materials has to be tested first. The Machine is intended as a testing mixing equipment for preparation of mixture mixing from loose and wet materials in various fields of activity, e.g. waste management. Its high rpm has a deagglomeration effect.

Steaming Mixer MN produced by our company is a machine designed for moistening/steaming loose or rough-ground mixtures with simultaneous mixing, before granulation.
