Inlet hopper
Inlet hopper (basket) used for receiving bulk materials (commodities) in post-harvest lines and feed mills. The most commonly type of inlet hopper are crossing, can be installed in an existing building or a new hall.Driven over inlet hopper is composed of massive driven over steel grate and run-off flowing into thedischarge conveyor (income chain conveyor screw conveyors/augers, elevators). Other types of the inlet hopper are half crossing, non crossing and low capacity hopper. Inlet hopper dimensions, its depth or type is selected according to customer requirements. Possibility to offset the inlet hopper is subject to the project documentation. It is most often done emptying the hopper chain conveyor with plastic lining that is very considerate to the transported material.
INLET HOPPER – CROSSING
Inlet hopper – crossing is covered with massive crossing grate that allows crossing loaded vehicles. Emptying is solved conveyor(auger, elevator, chain conveyor). Dimensions according to customer requirements.
INLET HOPPER – HALF CROSSING
Inlet hopper – half crossing is covered partially (half) crossing the massive grid that allows crossing loaded vehicles, the second part is walkable Emptying is done conveyor (auger, elevator, chain conveyor). Dimensions according to customer requirements.

INLET HOPPER – LOW-CAPACITY HOPPER
Income material via the hopper with dimensions in accordancecustomer’s requirement, filling most directly loader. Emptying the trash is handled conveyor (screw conveyors, elevators, chain conveyor).
Tensometric scales
Tensometric scales are used for weighing doses of one or more loose materials for subsequentblending or other processing. These scales can be weighing capacity from several tens ofgrams to several tons.
