Screw conveyor / Auger produced by our company is a machine designed for transport of bulk non-abrasive materials. The material is transported by means of a helix welded to a central shaft rotating in a worm gear box in the shape of a tube or trough. The Machine is designed for integration into technological units for preparation of compound feedingstuffs for animals and similar industrial operations consisting of storage equipment and connected technological equipment for processing of bulk materials. Various surface treatments are on offer: varnish (synthetic), hot dip galvanizing, stainless steel.
Chain conveyor – redler
Chain conveyor TR (TRV), produced by our company is a machine designed for transport of dry bulk non-abrasive materials with volume density of 800 kg/m3 from intake baskets and containers in horizontal direction. Material is brought to the active part of the through via side inlets or an inlet in the trough cover. The flights carry the material at certain height in the bottom part of the trough towards the outlet. From there, the material continues to further processing. The Machine is designed for integration into technological units for preparation of compound feedingstuffs for animals and similar industrial operations consisting of storage equipment and connected technological equipment for processing of bulk materials. The trough is fitted with plastic linings that prolong the chain conveyor (redler) service life.
Centrifugal bucket elevator
Centrifugal elevator produced by our company is a machine designed for transport of dry bulk non-abrasive materials in vertical direction. The material is transported by means of scoops (buckets) fastened to a PVC conveyer belt. The Machine is designed for integration into technological units for preparation of compound feedingstuffs for animals and similar industrial operations consisting of storage equipment and connected technological equipment for processing of bulk materials.
